Mr. Ingriselli is the founder of Pacific Energy Development (NYSE MKT: PED) and Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc., (later known as Erin Energy Inc.),

Prior to PED, Mr. Ingriselli spent 23 years at Texaco in diverse senior executive positions involving in power and gas operations, merger and acquisition activities, pipeline operations and corporate development.

Positions Mr. Ingriselli held at Texaco included:

▪ President of Texaco Technology Ventures

▪ President and CEO of the Timan Pechora Company (owned by affiliates of Texaco, Exxon, Amoco, Norsk Hydro and Lukoil)

▪ President of Texaco International Operations Inc.

Mr. Ingriselli led Texaco’s global initiatives in exploration and development in key new countries at that time, including China and Russia.

Among Ingriselli’s achievements at Texaco was the signing of the first successful international oil contract in China in 1983, which today is still generating over $1 billion a year in revenues.

Dr. Y.M. Shum

With over 40 years experience in the international petroleum industry, Dr. Shum is widely recognized as a leader in the international oil industry in China for his ground-breaking achievements including the first successful international discovery of oil in offshore China.

He was also responsible for the first foreign participation in the China onshore oil industry, as well as the first foreign acquisition of a coal bed methane project in China.

Dr. Shum led the team that developed the largest enhanced oil recovery operation in the history of the industry, which was located in Indonesia, and was head of Texaco’s office in Beijing for almost a decade.

After joining Texaco in 1968, Dr. Shum held positions of responsibility in exploration, development and production operations around the world, with significant responsibilities for operations in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand and Kuwait.

Upon retiring from Texaco, he joined Hong Kong University as Director of its R&D branch and Entrepreneurship Program. Dr. Shum earned his MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley in 1964, and a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island in 1968.

Jamie Tseng has more than 30 years of financial management and operations experience in the U.S, China and Taiwan. Mr. Tseng was the former Vice President of Pacific Energy Development and Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc.

Before that Mr. Tseng had also served as CFO at General Energy Technologies Inc., a “technology facilitator” to Chinese industry serving the critical need for advanced energy technology and the growing demand for low cost high quality components.
